It was great! The bed was amazingly comfortable, room was clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. By far the BEST breakfast that ive ever had in a hotel. This will be my hotel of choice from now on. My family will definitely be back.

The staff were so friendly &welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean, but not very many amenities included. I may just be used to the hotels I’ve been to before (in Japan). The free breakfast was a step above places that only carry bagels, cereal, &the easy basics. Breakfast consisted of sausages, eggs, French toast, bacon, hash browns, an assortment of cereal, oatmeal, &different kinds of juices &milk. I feel there were a good amount of options for breakfast considering it’s a free breakfast. The room was very clean, but a lot of things didn’t work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so everything felt “wet,” the bed dipped so much it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The room had a smoke detector that started to peep every so often. Husband called the front but they said their rooms were pretty much full, so we couldn’t switch. It was a pretty mediocre stay for what I paid, but I just feel it’s more the company’s negligence (nothing updated, terrible mattress, outdated rooms, etc) than the actual experience I was bothered by.

It was nice, could be better if it was staffed properly. The night I checked in it was one person at the counter and I had to wait a while since there were others needing things. Then the morning I checked out the one person a different one was on break so I had to go ask him where to put the room key in a office I seen him go into.
