It was a good stay. Sometimes the room had a weird smell. We stayed for 3 nights, and they didn't clean any of those days. They can improve the breakfast. Boiled eggs is the only food. Bread, and waffles. The pool is great. Very clean.

I wouldn’t recommend this place . It’s really outdated . Rooms were dirty . The ac wasn’t cooling . Bathtub was stained to the point you have no desire to bathe in it bc it’s that bad . The sink wasn’t draining. Then the elevator wasn’t working . Yeah stay away from this place .

I stayed in 2 different rooms consecutively. Day 1 on the 3rd floor the tub floor was brown, dirty, and chipped. I paid for 2 Queen beds and my husband and I had to sleep in Separate beds each of us with one child because the bed is a FULL not Queen. Day 2 on the 4th floor the tub floor wasn’t as dirty but I could still see soap scum from the last person on the shower wall because it was BROWN. The tv in this room also bad it took forever to turn on to the point I called the front desk and it finally turned on. The icing on the cake is somehow I was bit by a flee in my room. I don’t know where it came from but I have been outside near the pool at this location. I asked if the hotel was pet friendly and was told no. When I told the front desk lady she didn’t say anything. She wasn’t the manager so I didn’t expect much except for her to let them know it’s time to fumigate. I know I won’t get my money back because I booked through Expedia. I don’t want a voucher because I don’t want to come back.

The staff was very rude, each person except the man who checked me in. The breakfast was not fresh and was all forms of bread, a very poor continental breakfast. There were no cups near the juice, the water dispenser was completely empty each time I walked by evening and morning, and there was no flavored tea. The building is old and run down. There were stacks and stacks of empty cardboard boxes and other trash in multiple places around the property, inside and out. The shuttle bus was old and dirty. The bus driver never wore his seatbelt, so we had to listen to the terrible dinging of the reminder the whole trip. The bus driver ate while driving, and kept checking his phone. I should have known this was a bad place to stay when all other hotels were full or much higher priced in the area.

This was the worse hotel I ever stayed at! 1)After waiting a hour for the shuttle bus to come get me I called back and they told me the driver was on lunch 2)They gave me a handicap room that smelled like cigarettes and didn’t have no other room to give me 3) on day 2 of being there it rained and while riding the shuttle bus to the mall the rain was coming in the bus from the leaking roof because the bus is old. The next day the bus was working The new owner is running the hotel with old stuff that needs to be updated
