I am very disappointed that the hotel's daytime employee told me this afternoon that they have a 24 hour shuttle. I called and asked before booking throughExpedia. I told him I would be arriving after midnight. He assured me there was a shuttle and to just call when I arrived.
Now Iam here at 1 am, and there is no shuttle service. An Uber is $50 and Iam not willing to pay this.
Your daytime employee lied to me, as he probably is not aware that there is no longer shuttle service between MN and 4 AM.
Not only do I not have a shuttle, but I hustled to the shuttle pick up spot and now I am outside the terminal and cannot get back in until 4 AM. Now I must sit in baggage claim awake until they open again
Totally unacceptable. I expect a refund for this total inconvenience and ask the hotel to please inform all of their front desk employees that they no longer have a 24 hour shuttle service.
I have sent the La Quinta the same message.
