So had to check out early due to the noise above my room. I called multiple times and tried calling customer service and no one would help me. I spent a lot for a room to be comfortable and relax after a long drive from Florida to Texas. I couldn’t stay another night with banging, slamming and jumping above me. It’s not fair and I would like someone to contact me. Worst stay and no one helped.

Spring Break

My family and I came to Grand Prairie for Spring Break and we enjoyed our stay. Sonora was a great help! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the property was quiet.

All was great especially the staff and manager , we had booked through third party for 2 adults and 2 kids got to our room and it was one king . Manager I believe Merry was her name made sure to sort it out for us . Staff very friendly no doubt . Just make sure if you want breakfast on a weekday to get down before 9am . Rose runs a tight ship and lights in dining area are turned off at 9am with one waffle maker it’s tough to make cut off when there’s a line for waffles and waffle maker takes 2.5mins for each waffle 😂. Other than that it was a great choice ! And recommend staying there if your in the Grand Prairie area for the night .
