Breakfast unexeptable, rotten Apples and oranges for 2 days in the row. I had to complain to the Front desk but no appologies were made. Further the Toaster was Not Safe. The whole Hotel should Not be recomended from Expedia any more. I am Very upset to See this all -be aware.

Upon arrival approximately 245, I was immediately concerned with the condition of the property, but decided to proceed since I already had a reservation for 3PM. At check-in, I asked the manager if I could see the room first, as the exterior looked questionable. She reluctantly agreed, rolling her eyes, and showed me the only available room. The room was in unacceptable condition: stains all over the carpet, grease and grime on the walls and furniture, chipped paint, a bathroom fan making loud noises with debris falling from it, and hair from a previous guest still on the floor. When I politely asked if there was a cleaner room available, the manager insisted all rooms were the same and became defensive, claiming her housekeeping staff “does a wonderful job.” Instead of addressing the issues, she made an inappropriate comment “Well, when you people walked in I knew you didn’t like it.” When I asked for clarification, she refused service altogether, said she wasn’t comfortable with us staying, and even threatened to call the police. She would not provide her name. I have never been refused service simply for asking to see a room and expecting basic cleanliness. This experience was unprofessional, discriminatory, and unacceptable.
