The room was a great value. Seemed clean and well kept up. Breakfast wasn’t great but not bad. Two tv’s and one remote was an issue and the only trash can was in the bathroom. That being said next trip to Dallas I’ll stay here again.

The Airport Shuttle was right upfront and only available at certain times. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay. the room itself was nice and tidy, although the shower was difficult to use. The only issue I had was that the lobby smelled very musty, but other than that, 10/10 stay, thanks!

The staff seemed annoyed anytime someone asked them for anything. The smell in the hotel was very bad. It smelled like backed up sewage and cleaner. Other than that it was a good place to rest our heads at night. The room was clean and did not smell.

The room was clean and great staff. The one bad thing is the lack of walkable eating places. You must have a car to get to any restaurants. Yes, I gave it a high rating, but this is based on the condition of our room, closeness to the airport and staff.

All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. My airport shuttle pickup appeared to be running late, so the desk ordered and paid for a nice Uber ride. Room was spacious (two room suite), clean, and had a comfortable bed. One odd thing was the sink had no kind of stopper device to hold water in the basin (e.g. for shaving).
