Would not recommend, scary area around and no security guards in parking lot big sign saying hotel is not responsible for break ins! So get fences around property and security or don’t expect people to stay! Dirty Finger prints all over property, no regular maintenance of building upkeep lacking door jams paint repairs all over. Shotty bbq by pool, Elevators had issues also scary One Down, the other doesn’t go to the 1st floor! So if you have a disability you got to use stairs to go from 1st floor to other floors!

Overall, it was a decent stay. The customer service and location was excellent and def commend the staff on their service and hospitality. The room was decent but had to switch rooms due to the lack of cleanliness and condition of the first room (ie. Stains, bugs). The rep, maybe the manager on duty switched my room without hesitation and every question I had they were prompt and responsive. The elevator wasn’t working during our stay and on the last day, saw the tech there to repair. Breakfast was great and was in walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and gas station.

My stay was in a King Suite, very spacious as if a mi I apt just w/out a kitchen. King bed was super comfy & the couch pulled out to another bed so plenty of room for 4-5 people to rest/lounge. The staff was super helpful, late check out gave an additional 2hrs for $25. With a breakfast buffet it made it easy to get a bite on property & if desired back to sleep. Roughly 5min walk to the Preston Hollow Village which has shops & eatery places so if you didn’t want to drive away you didn’t have to. There was also a Dave & Busters across the highway so if a little extra fun is desired. There’s also a Spec’s Wine & Spirit right there as well, so plenty of things to do all in walking distance.

Although it is an older hotel, we had a great stay. The staff was very professional and friendly. I had surgery scheduled for the next morning and it was extremely convenient to get there. The free parking and breakfast is a huge plus. I would recommend this hotel.

Don’t stay here

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The pictures looked amazing and it was not. Our room smelled so bad, barely any light in the room, furniture was outdated and the door barely locked! I feel like we were deceived staying here. Waste of $. Walls and doors dirty and stained. Don’t waste your $.
