This would have been a pretty decent stay except to two big problems. The hotel advertises a bar - it was never open. And they had to unlcog my toilet 4 times in 2 days.

2-3 star hotel. Room was clean and staff was great but Hotel is old, dark and shabby. AC is controlled by the hotel and barely cools the room. Deadbolt on the door didn’t work. Would not stay here again at the same price.

Elevator #4 failed when I was onboard alone on last day of my stay and became inoperable. Ice machine on 25th floor not working. Room refrigerator was unplugged and made noise when plugged in. Street noise obnoxious on 24th floor. Room air blew both hot and cold simultaneously both days. TV remote operation could not be explained by hotel staff, maintenance could only speak Spanish. Would not recommend.
