We were upgraded to a suite, spacious, well equipped, great views. Building itself is stunning if you like older high rise with history and character. Location wise, good, AT&T area opposite, recommended for match days with its big screens and great atmosphere. Avoid turning right out of building down Commerce street, feels edgy, through direct experience and through info from locals. Just go a street along and go down Main Street and very different feel and experience. Recommended flying horse cafe adjoining hotel for breakfast, recommended brisket taco

My stay was only for 1 day, wish I spent another, it was close to everything and a 5minute scooter ride from the JFK 6th floor museum. Many restaurants were close, the AT&T area was a good relax…i parked overnight at the parking down the street for $25 overnight/meeter street parking finishing at 7am was available. The five drive to ice hockey stadium was too much by foot - only 5 minutes in the car

1. Valet parking needs charging stations 2. They need a better luggage unloading/loading area 3. The lighting in our room was 2 lamps - meaning there was no primary lighting. 4. The elevators felt like they were going to plummet every-time we road them 5. Employees should know where nearest charging stations are.

To charge so much money they had very little to offer. You have to pay $48 a night for vallet parking because they have no parking options at the hotel. The temperature controls didn’t work in the rooms so I had to sleep with all my clothes on freezing all night. No microwaves in the rooms. You have one microwave on the 25th floor for the entire building to use smdh. I will never ever in my life stay in that hotel again. I don’t care if the rooms are free. I would have gotten a better nights sleep outside on the sidewalk.
