Most of their elevators do not work and we had to go in the service elevator with the cleaning staff to get to our floor. The room had a horrible smell to it and the air conditioning did not go above 75 degrees the entire day and night. It is just an dingy old hotel that you pay premium for!

Nice facility with mostly helpful and professional staff My only complaint was the staff member at the customer service counter in the early morning. I approached the counter and waited a while but the staff member refused to acknowledge me or look up from their cell phone. After waiting a bit I asked if I could ask a question, the staff member didn’t even look up, they just said “what”? I asked if there was a schedule for the airport shuttle. The staff member looked up and said with a surprisingly bad attitude, “we don’t have a shuttle”, gave me a dirty look and went back to messing with their cell phone. The attitude and total lack of customer service undermines the otherwise wonderful staff and nice facility.
