The room was so spacious, loved the little kitchenette area and the view from the 49th floor was amazing. The bed very comfortable. Great sheets and towels. The bathroom was also huge as was the shower. The shower was the only disappointment, it should have a shower wand wand

The information with the code to the garage, elevator, and the room was sent via email too late, when I was already driving to Dallas. When I sent a text requesting this info it took too long to respond. I had to wait at the entrance to the garage for a representative on the phone to respond for over 20 minutes. I was blocking the entrance to the garage. It was the most unpleasant experience I've had.

Rooms were very quiet. Make sure you read the welcome email so that you understand the parking and elevator situation. Kind of odd feeling bc you check in and leave without ever actually speaking to anyone. But there are food and drink stops all within 2-3 blocks so that was convenient. Definitely would stay again.

It was definitely different from your average hotel in not meeting someone at the front desk. Email was pretty clear with directions on checking in, parking and coming in and out. 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Will probably book here again if in the area.

The view from our one-bedroom suite on the 49th floor was amazing. The unit was super clean and the living space was roomy. Nice having a washer & dryer in the unit. Plenty of coffee and toiletries. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and close to the train for a short ride to American Airlines Center. Easy and safe parking.
