You pay for what you get I guess. Cons: 1. All the sheets had stains are tares 2. All towels had stains 3. The floor was dirty 4. Shower had blood at the bottom 5. Killed around 4 mini cockroaches 6. The room smelled like a cigar was constantly lit 7. Very close to a popular strip club Pros: 1. Near the freeway 2. Cheap 3. Friendly staff and easy check in 1.

Yes, I had a good time there. The staff were very helpful. They have on sight laundry that is helpful. They have a convience store in the parking lot and a 7 eleven about 6 blocks away. The DART 207 runs right in front, you can get anywhere in the Dallas metroplex from that.
