This is a wonderful place to stay in the downtown Dallas area that is safe and clean and well kept. With amazing staff that are courteous and friendly with the best customer service. Always a return guest while in the DFW metroplex.

You get what you pay for

We’ve stayed here three times because of price and location. This third time we were given a room w no door on the bathroom as we requested handicap room. The closet doors to the bathroom area however fell off right away we just shoved that door in the corner. On either side of our room was people w suspicious activity. One room played music extremely loud for about half an hour. There is no breakfast and the coffee was horrible. Also beware there’s like a back path area that looks like people are living in or at least using for something shady.

I didn't want to park my with truck there. Room smelled like stale cigarette and weed. TV channel were less than Meh. Bed felt nice though, shower was about a 7/10. Whole place felt really rough though.
