Filthy, Unsafe & STAY AWAY!

Worst experience my wife & I have ever had at a Hilton Property! The AC didn’t work in the first room…The TV didn’t work & the thermostat was ripped off the wall in the second room…Finally at 9:30pm we were moved to the third room! Pictures; The bottom of the AC was ripped off @ exposed…The TV would not work at all…Lastly, two pictures of the filthy, unsafe to swim in pool. STAY AWAY!!

We just stayed one night. My daughter used the hotel wifi and ended up getting hacked. All social media was permanently disabled. It has been a hassle. People were nice, though.

Great stay for a great price in a great location.

Great Hotel, loved the bar and the restaurant had great food. The pool was perfect and the rooms were very industrial.

Great stay and friendly service!

Great customer service! Everyone at the desk was friendly and personable during our stay. The rooms were very clean and cute! Loved the industrial NY loft feel. The beds are extra firm which was my only complaint and they really need softer sheets and heavier blankets because it does get very cold with the excellent A/C but I did ask for blankets and they provided them. Bar staff was friendly. Pool patio is VERY slippery. Sauna was nice. Pool was clean, a hot tub would be a perk! We are looking forward to staying again! And again! The price was perfect!
