Welcome to your private studio apartment! Cleaning is of utmost importance- we exceed cdc recs with our electrostatic sprayer that sanitizes all surfaces including all furniture and switches/knobs. Separate parking & entrance provides privacy & convenience. 1 mile from downtown and equally close to Bishop Arts allows for business, site-seeing, shopping & incredible restaurants. Enjoy a plethora of amenities: a full kitchen, large closet, fast wifi, and a variety of movies to name a few.

The Space:
Give back with your stay! A portion of proceeds go to support nonprofits as well as sponsor a child from Ecuador (Each of our units sponsors a different child).

This adorable apartment is the perfect size for a quick getaway or a peaceful oasis during a business trip. It is separate and private- a tall fence divides our backyard and Sunny Door with its private driveway so we are essentially “neighbors”.

Bedroom: 1/2 wall divides the bedroom from the hallway to the bathroom allowing for quite a bit of privacy. The bedroom area gets dark and cozy!

Large bathroom has full size tub/shower, & large closet- enough to fit several suitcases.

The living area: comfortable couch that turns into a full sleeper sofa to accommodate more guests.

Smart TV with access to a variety of free movies as well as amazon prime video and Netflix.

A full kitchen with oven, stove, full size fridge & microwave. Stocked with Coffee, instant oatmeal, & muffins to get your morning going- other grocery items available upon request (see below for more details).

Dining table to enjoy your meals as well as a separate desk with desk lamp to get some work done.

You have the entire Carriage house and two large parking spots (large trucks comfortably fit).

We provide a small breakfast of oatmeal and coffee to get your day started.

There are bikes in the area offered by 3 companies; available to rent for your adventures. If there is anything you need, let me know.

Military and first responder discount: We are so grateful for your service and are happy to offer a 5% discount to any military or first responder with valid ID. The person on the ID must match the person booking and they must be the person actually staying at the property.

Several nearby grocery stores offer delivery services: Tom Thumb & Walmart are the easiest. Just create an account and schedule for after your checkin! (we take no responsibility or liability for groceries). I can send you a link for $ off!

PET POLICY: Please be sure to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking. The pet fee is $75 for their entire stay. This fee will be added to your reservation. Maximum 2 pets, please

Barking is of our utmost concern. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a dogs barking is disturbing other guests. Please do not leave them alone if they get sad and will bark.

Please keep your pets off the furniture, pickup your pets waste, and be respectful of other guests, keeping them on leash and away from other guests at all times.

*Please note you will be assessed a fine if you bring a pet(s) without adding adding them to the reservation prior to your arrival.

Due to insurance we do have breed restrictions. We are unable to host Akitas, ChowChows, Dobermans, German Shepards, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and related breeds, Rottweilers, Wolf Hybrids and Presa Canario.

As much or as little as you prefer! Keyless entry, separate entrance and parking. We live on property so if you need us we are right there.
