Travelled with group
Unable to give a review about the property because we were unable to use it because we never received the secure link we were supposed to get and when we arrived we were unable get ahold of anyone to get assistance to get in. If you call the number listed (972)513-8529 it will either go straight to v/m and it's uncertain whether you will be able to leave a message or not. Expedia itself has not been helpful either with this so I'll probably not be booking through them anymore.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Having to file a claim? Got ripped off, no room. No REFUND!! Also when trying to find the entrance to the building amongst all the abandoned and broke into I was almost assaulted with my friend by some mentally ill man. I didn't feel safe as the other side of the building was by really rough train stop with lots of homeless people trying to talk to us.
