They canceled my room, but while waiting one woman was asking for s refund. I don't know why. Two other people came and asked for different rooms because the ones given were dirty. Like 5 other people came because their room keys didn't work. So i was very grateful my room canceled

Real dirty from when you step in and the rooms as well crumbs on the bed and bugs as well. The hallway to the rooms looks perfect for the set of a horror film with all the filth and bad lighting. Those carpets need a vacuum badly like badly badly or tear and place some tile. Found cigarettes in the room and it was a non smoking room. Cleaning crew seems to be there for decoration.

There were holes in the comforters, dried blood on the wall, smelly bathroom and the lobby was filthy. I canceled the room and found another place to stay for the night.

First the staff was very nice and courteous. So, this review is no reflection on them. This hotel lobby was a mess. I assume there was renovations going on. I ended up changing rooms because I found out after I used it that the toilet would not flush. I ended up fixing the lever in the tank myself. Next the rooms had a smell. There was ants on the floor near the a/c. All night next door someone was having wild sex and then talking loud for hours in the early am. So, the front desk was nice enough to let me switch rooms after that it was ok. I thought about using the washroom getting ice. NO. It was just not really clean anywhere. After that it was better. You get what you pay for.
