The tub was nasty and smelled like a puppy was in it and there was dried blood on the sheets. We removed the sheets and clean/sanitized the the tub ourselves. Staff was extremely nice and everything else was clean. Those were the only 2 complaints we had.

From the time of entry, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Parking area was clean and well lit in the evening so I felt safe. I enjoyed the grand suite. Very comfortable and atmosphere was quiet and calm. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Clean ambiance and every inch when you enter and when you leave the hotel. The quality of everything, as well as how the hotel prioritizes the customers a lot. Nice and comfortable rooms, and maintenance do a great job to keep the rooms clean and organized. I love that they have the frameless, standing showers. I am very picky with hotels, and this one didn’t disappoint at all. Never got to try the cafe inside but I was told everything in the cafe has is impeccable. Overall, I will choose this hotel if I visit Dallas again.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and makes the stay nice. We had trouble with our tv, maintenance came, and he fixed the connectivity problem in 10 minutes. He was courteous and professional. The parking lot is well-lit and maintained with ample spots close to the hotel. There is a coffee bar cafe but we did not purchase anything from it. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable though it seemed a little warm during the night. (Maybe turn down the thermostat more next time.) Overall, the room had ample comfortable seating with a great view and enough amenities. The bathroom was beautiful with a light changing mirror. The dual shower head was perfect. The only downside was that the shower leaked a little at the bottom (overspray from the shower head) where the shower door closed and got the towel soaked, so we just used the second floor towel in the morning. We loved our stay at Sandman and will return next time we are in Irving.
