The building, especially the elevator smelled of marijuana so bad! There were NO vending machines and the "store" in the lobby consisted of microwave Mac-n-cheese and stove top Mac-n-cheese, not drinks or others necessities. The management was very rude to me when I asked for a refund and lectured me on "the proper protocol for cancelling the reservation as well as making racist assumptions about my political preference because of the marijuana smell. The manager literally stated "Although this is a republican state, marijuana is decriminalized and we can not control if it's smoked outside of the building". I'm a tattooed white woman from Seattle, I'm aware of marijuana and didn't need her "politics lesson" while she rubbed her lotion into her hands. The manager even made sure to educate me about how bad reviews of their property end up online, I think the management is the main issue, not my race or political preference. I chose to stay at this hotel to be able to recover from a spine surgery. I am so glad I changed my stay before I had the procedure! Do NOT stay here.

Staff was very polite and met my needs at check in. Very happy with that. My rooms was good except there wasn't a hair dryer and the shampoo smelled old and very orange. I was a bit concerned my vehicle would get broken into considering the area. My bed was comfy and the room temperature was great.

The morning front desk clerk which is the manager needs to take some classes in friendliness. Absolutely the worst hotel manager I have ever dealt with and I have traveled the world. They have no customer service whatsoever at this hotel. Lots of things broken or out of order here to. There is no FRONT STORE either so if you forget something, you are out of luck
