Any extra unapproved hours beyond checkout: $75 every 30 min (rounded up). Unauthorized guests: $150/person. Pets: $300 per pet if unauthorized.
Parking only in designated concrete areas (not on grass): $200 fee for landscape damage. Maximum vehicles allowed are 7.
