April at the desk was wonderful but Expedia did not perform well. I booked online and when I got to the property they could not find my paid reservation. It took Expedia over a hour to resolve their issue. At 10 at night I was not to pleased with Expedia.

Room was clean when we arrived and bed was comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of Stonebriar Mall, so lots of shopping and eating opportunities. Front desk staff not too friendly, but other staff members were.

Terrible

The room smelled bad. The bed was so hard. The pillows were tiny. The worst was the shower! The door wouldn’t stay shut. I tried to run straight hot water for a normal amount of time and it wouldn’t heat up enough to define comfortable. The water literally trickled. I had to move around to get fully doused. The water did finally warm up at the end of my shower. Ridiculous! I will never stay here again. Or any TRU by Hilton.
