I’ve seen this hotel multiple times. The hotel is fine however, apparently they charge you $50 to check in even an hour early. That’s ridiculous. Almost all other nice hotels will accommodate an early check-in if they can. They gave me some line about having to prepare the rooms. This is not the case at all. I paid my $50 and then instantly my room was ready. It was obviously ready before. What a scam.

Loved the Landmark Prime Rib for dinner, and our breakfast through room service was amazing. Loved the spacious room, the lobby was beautiful and inviting, and the staff was all so friendly and welcoming.

The resort fee stated includes bottle waters in the room, which was not the case, went to the front desk and asked for said bottle water and they said would send up, never received the requested water. Also asked at checkin for late check out and a male person said 1pm was ok, right after 12 noon a female Spanish housekeeper knocks on my door, expectation # 2 fail again.
