The place is grand and beautiful. Rooms were spacious. Personally I found it too noisy with road noise and the A/C but not everyone would be bothered by that. Two things I didn’t like; one, I got a massively stuffy nose from sitting on the sofa and couldn’t breathe the whole day. Then the next day, I realised it starting again and made the connection to the sofa. Because we had been travelling for medical reasons, we were spending more time in the room to rest, so not being able to use the sofa was inconvenient. Secondly; the pool. We went down Saturday afternoon and there were used towels lying around everywhere and empty drinking cups and not staff around cleaning it up. This was not to the same standards as the hotel. Staff were always friendly. The restaurant had good food and overall we enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and nice Mexican eatery next door.

Check in Process Less Than Stellar.

The front desk staff wasn’t great. It was the manager making fun of her staff in front of us that was off putting. Then when we asked for water they said sorry we don’t have any. It was also very noisy at night. The rooms were older but nice. Great location. Room service staff and food was excellent.
