Wifi was not useable at all. I could not attend my virtual meeting using any of the hotel Wifis and was told there arent any dedicated Wifis. Food was not great, and the room cleaning was mediocre... The hotel looks amazing, but the points above did not make for me.

The best part was the comfortable bed. However, the staff was not very welcoming. The room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t go on. There was also a strong smell in the room like a scented candle but stronger. The “restaurant”was horrible. It looks like a 1980s banquet room. The tables were all covered in dirty dishes, and you have to order & get your food in a to go container. Burger was super thin, pizza was not cooked all the way through. They brought us coffee that must have been around since early morning. It was super nasty. Stay somewhere else!

It started poorly with the courtesy drive from the airport,as the driver blasted music in the van. It only got worse. Our first room on the 1st floor, with an interior window, had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Even after changing our room to the 3rd floor, that room, again with an interior window had a smell of chlorine as well. Although, not as bad. All of this was for almost $1,000. Needless to say, if it were not for the fact that we were desperate for a room, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
