Great views! Tide gets a little high so it was tough to use the beach right off the patio but just a short walk down the road there is easy access.

We had a perfect long weekend with beautiful sunsets. House was perfect location for amazing restaurants, Turkey Trot on the pier, long Beach walks. Will definitely be back. This trip was 10+!

Great location.

Great house right on the beach. Nice gated community. While we were there in July, there was no beach area in front of the house as the waves came all the way up to the retaining wall, but we didn’t miss it at all. Spectacular waves! There’s a public beach within walking distance. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels, and three parking spaces. I’d rent this house again.

Wonderful place

The house was great and the view fantastic. It was wonderful to be able to sit and watch the surf, surfers and beach walkers from the deck. The house was very nice. Do be aware it is a multi-level layout with a few steps to each level.It was easy to be in touch with the hosts.We would stay again.

Great house on the beach! Plenty of parking, great location, good house for those who want to be on the beach but also on a budget. The patio and sitting area outside is really what you are paying for. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate, this rental is all about location. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Ocean Front Stay on Bach Road

Impossible to beat this location. The house was nice, communication smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an ocean front experience. The refrigerator is tired and just barely holding on.

Great beach house summer vacation

Stayed with our family and enjoyed the waves crashing onto the deck at night. Property manager was very responsive when the coffee maker didn’t work and had a new one to me in less than 30 minutes. Easy access into Dana Point and great beaches to learn to surf.

We loved our stay!

This house has the most stunning views. We had the best time staying here with our family. Michael was amazing and quick to respond. The only downside to this property is there is no beach in front of it like the pictures reflect, and there is no sand on the deck. It’s full of rocks that fly up from the waves. Be cautious if you have young children with you. The owners will likely be home (above you) while you are there, which I wouldn’t mind but the floors are thin and they stomp! The house could use a few upgrades but overall we loved our stay.

Mother’s Day perfection

Never VRBO before. And have to say that the process of reserving the place to getting in the door was seamless. Michael even took the time to leave flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. Classy touch. The place is in the Perfect location in a gated community. Two minutes from Dana point five minutes from San Clemente. The patio and deck are right on the water. And was perfect for hanging out all day. The place was clean and has everything we needed. We will look forward to renting this place again. In our opinion it was a home run.

A Great Girls’ Getaway

Our recent stay at this oceanfront home was nothing short of spectacular. We booked this for our annual girls trip getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of the location. The rental itself was beautifully appointed and very clean. The decor was beachy and cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage space for our belongings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The living area was perfect for relaxing, playing games, or watching movies on their big screen TV. There are a few stairs to get to each level in the house, so keep that in mind if one has mobility issues. We were incredibly impressed by the responsiveness of our host, Michael, throughout our stay. From the initial booking process all the way through to our departure, he was always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The highlight of the rental was undoubtedly its breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a truly magical experience. We spent countless hours lounging on the patio, mesmerized by the endless expanse of the ocean. The ocean comes right up to the beach wall of the rental. There is a sturdy ladder to climb down to the sand during low tide. We highly recommend this rental, and look forward to returning in the future.

Can’t get much closer to the ocean!

The host is extremely responsive which was so helpful leading up to our stay! Overall, the house is very clean. There were a few small maintenance items to be addressed which I noted privately but that’s also the joy of home ownership! The gated neighborhood is lovely, the location can’t be beat, and there’s quick access to neighboring cities for groceries and restaurants. There’s enough sand to access the beach in front of the property at low tide to walk. Otherwise, you’ll enjoy the scene from the property! Definitely recommend a stay on Beach Road if you have the opportunity!
