Let me just say, the front desk was great. Real friendly and attentive. The rooms need a lot work. It’s out dated. I booked for five nights - first night I was in a room with a heater that kept rattling. The boy at the front desk moved me into a new room. The room was cleaned but not really clean. I moved the chair and there was dirt and dust under the table. I found a used toothbrush on top of a picture in the bathroom and a used, old fork was stuck in the bathroom sink. It was gross. The shower head was leaking, the soaps bottles had rust on them and the toilet seat was broken. Their washing machine didn’t look clean, their dryer was broken. There is a really good Hot pot/ KBbq restaurant attached to the hotel, it’s all you can smell in the halls and even in the my room. I would not stay here again.

Almost perfect. They need to check light bulbs in lamps and breakfast needs to make sure stale bagels are removed from food cabinets. Really I give them a 4.75 stars. Awesome staff supportive caring, clean upgraded rooms - my floor smelled brand new!

Toilet didn’t work, front entry was very slippery with snow-no attempt to make it safe, barking dog a few rooms away and children running and jumping above until midnight. Front desk staff not helpful.
