Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Booking through a 3rd party with this hotel was tricky. They couldn't find my reservation at check in. Then Saturday we got back after a wedding our key wasnt working and we found out our room had been cancelled and nelongings removed at 1am. The concierge had to make a new key, when we get all the way to the room the key didnt work so we had to go back again. When we finally got in and I saw all my belonings missing I called fhe front desk, she then said housekeeping would be back till 930am. When we woke up in the morning all of my belonings were in my bag hanging on the door OUTSIDE of the room. Laalty at check it the lady up front said she wasnt going to check me out because it appears as though they created a new resverayion at 1am in order to get me a key even though I had booked 2 nights and should have never been cancelled.
