I stayed in room 329 from 19 September - 22 September. There was no showerhead installed in the bathroom so I couldn't take a shower for the entirety of my stay. When I asked about it I was told that I should have been informed that the room was bath only at check-in, but I wasn’t and was given no alternative options. I was told I should receive some sort of refund and though I directly emailed management through the email address I was given by reception, I heard nothing back. I reached out to Accor, who told me they also contacted management, and never heard back from them. Finally I escalated to communicating with Expedia directly, who reached out to the hotel, and management refused to issue any refund at all, despite me being told by two different employees that I would receive some sort of compensation. It's incredibly frustrating that someone not having access to a shower for 72 hours has just been deemed as a non-issue.
