Great condo! Great location!

We had a wonderful time during our stay on Dauphin Island. This condo was perfect. We had some issues, but the manager helped get it straightened out in a timely manner. The easy access the pool was a "big hit" with the kids. They loved being right next to the pool. The condo had anything we needed for cooking, etc. The wifi worked perfect and the cable TV was nice to have as well. We had a great time and definitely plan to stay at the Beach Club again in the future!

Perfect Mini Vacay

I booked this unit last minute for my family to have a mini vacation prior to school starting back. The unit was clean, comfortable, and apportioned with fun beach decor. Each room has its own theme. Our kids enjoyed the pool (just off our patio) and the beach. The unit and property are a 5 out of 5. One suggestion I have is to plan ahead and make dinner reservations prior to arrival. Dauphin Island is a family friendly small town, and the restaurant waits can get long. We will definitely plan to return not only to Dauphin Island but to this unit again.

Overall nice place

Overall the condo was very nice. There are a few areas that need attention as far as cleanliness. We placed the baby on floor while we unloaded and after crawling around for a bit her knees and hands were black. Obviously the floors had not been mopped, which I did. Also, the sliding door track was filthy which made the door difficult to open/close at times.

Beach Family Vacation

This was a great location on the beach. Short board walk and you are right there. Check in was very easy, overall the place was very clean. The pool was literally right outside your door, pros and cons to that
. Overall was a great experience, and made for a great family vacation.

Great property but management lacking

Perfect property since we were traveling with small children. Condo was right off the pool. Everything clean and orderly. My only complaint was the very complicated check-in process that was not sent to me in advance. Tried contacting the property manager the day before the trip. He said he would re-send me directions for check-in. I never got the originals and didn't get the ones he resent. Added to that, it took about an hour to get in contact with anyone to tell us how to check-in. Other than that one issue - great trip!!!

Where to begin


My family and I have been looking forward to our first trip to Dauphin Island for many weeks only to be disappointed of the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. First off, we were greeted by a live cockroach in a bedroom closet. Next, the master bedroom comforter was NASTY. It was covered in stains, so instead of getting to enjoy the beach/pool, I instantly needed to start a load of laundry. The couch slip covers looked like they were in need of a good washing, along with the living room curtains that had cheese stuck to the inside of them. We found countless items that had been left behind from previous renters, such as toy cars, pool toys, baby socks, a baseball and even an adult pair of adidas shoes. Upon our departure, when stripping the linens, we found yet more disturbing things including more cheese stuck to a pillow in the master bedroom. How can all these things go unnoticed? Pure negligence. I can at least say, we left the room cleaner than when we found it. So to the next renters, you’re welcome. I will say, the unit was quite large. Larger than expected. It was nice to be able to walk from the patio straight to the heated pool. We ended up using the pool more then we expected. The beach during our stay was full off seaweed and trash. The seaweed on the beach was very thick and very stinky, it finally cleared up on our last night (of course). Will we come back? Highly doubtful. The small perks we found are just too overshadowed by the uncleanliness of the unit. I really hope management addresses these issues so that other families can enjoy this unit as much as we wish we could have. We visited the front desk several times to speak to someone about the issues, with no avail, no one was ever at the front desk so we eventually gave up and tried our best to enjoy our stay.

Very nice vacation

The property was clean and well stocked. Especially the kitchen!! We had some trouble sending and receiving texts and emails, but that didn’t have a great impact on our trip. Would book again.

Perfect Location

The condo was great for our blended trip. We went with another family and everyone had a great time. We loved having our own bathroom that connected to each bedroom. This made things easier! One great feature about the condo itself is on the patio there is a gate that has direct pool access. This made things easy when going in and out to the beach with our wagon. We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Great location!

Great location! Being on the first floor with a porch that opened right to the pool and beach access was very convenient. The condo itself gave our family plenty of space and was even nicer in person than it was in the photos. Our only hiccup was that I called ahead to see if we could get an early check in and I was told I could check in as early as 1. We showed up at 1:30 with a car full of groceries and two toddlers that were very ready to get out of the car and the people at the property didn’t know that we had been told we could check in earlier and so we had to wait about 45 minutes before we could access our room. Even with that though the staff was very kind and professional. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future!

We had a great time and loved being on the ground floor. I didn't know the pool was heated. It was such an awesome surprise! It was chilly during spring break, so a heated pool meant a lot more fun for my 2 girls.

The property was as ideal and was exactly what we had hoped for. Hurricane Sally shortened our stay by a day, but it was a bargain nonetheless. The beach is a little further than Gulf Shores oceanfront, but the walkway is pleasant and well maintained.

Condo stay

The check in process was quick and easy, the pool and view was very nice. We liked the layout of the condo and location. Our room was not clean, the master bath and shower had hair and mold. The floors and dresser tops still has sand from the previous renters and the washing machine was nasty and full of hair in the drain keeper. We informed the front desk clerk Shannon. I will make a call tomorrow to follow up. She was extremely nice.

Nice for a Quick Getaway

The property was perfectly situated on a good area of the beach. Check-in was very easy and fast. My family enjoyed the easy access, although at times being right outside the pool on the first floor, it was loud because of children screaming and we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The towels and sheets are a bit tired and dingy with a few stains, as is the decor. It creeped me out at first but beautiful sunset views helped me forget. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
