Room Allocations by Guest Numbers



To ensure the home is prepared appropriately, bedrooms are allocated as follows:



1–2 guest bookings:

→ Access to 1 bedroom only (King bed) + main bathroom



3–4 guest bookings:

→ Access to 2 bedrooms only (1 × King + Master Queen with ensuite)



5–6 guest bookings:

→ Access to all 3 bedrooms (2 × King + 1 × Queen)

Guest access

Guests will have access to the all shared areas of the house. 



The number of bedrooms and bathrooms accessible by guests will be dependent on the number of guests booked per our bedroom configuration. 



There are a few locked private areas in the property which are not available for guest access.
