The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast was ok, with some healthy options like boiled eggs and oatmeal available. I would have liked to see more fruit beyond just bananas and healthier, low-sugar yogurt choices. Parking was a bit inconvenient, as it required installing an app and registering with the parking company. However, the covered garage was conveniently located close to the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! The front desk staff ladies were the BEST, specifically, Lisa. I had a few minor issues and Lisa went above and beyond to be certain I was happy. I travel often and Lisa is honestly what made my stay the most memorable. What an asset she is. The hotel is in a great location in the city center with great views of the river. Love that the parking was free in an enclosed parking garage with an assigned spot. Rooms were nice and clean.
