From the start, we were made to feel unwelcome. Upon check-in, we were informed the pet fee was $75 instead of $50, & even after putting a credit card on file, I was stopped multiple times while walking in with my dog to ask if I had paid the pet fee, & it was done in a very accusatory manner while the lobby was occupied by multiple guests. The staff was unapologetic about the accusations each time & cared nothing of the comfort level of anyone in our party.

Everything was great other than the staff Not attempting to control the amount of kids making it feel like a chuck. E cheese. Screaming and yelling and running in the lobby ruins the experience for the rest of us

Employee was very rude and unprofessional about my service dog I told them I would have a service animal over the phone and again when I checked in and didn’t have any problems until Saturday night when I went to take him out to go to the bathroom and on my way out she saw him and immediately started yelling asking for documentation which isn’t even a real thing. Threatened to call the manager and said I was lying about my room number which I was not it was late and she had my anxiety going crazy so I said the wrong number by accident. Would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone at all. Very unprofessional.
