Amazing stay , vary happy and satisfied Big thanks to front desk manager Kylee being friendly and professional. One little suggestion to hotel manager Please give back to your customers choice to make own waffle for breakfast you had before .It would be big plus for continental breakfast choices

Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. However, breakfast area was not very clean and we did find a roach in our room. I took a video and should it to the front desk staff. She said oh I’m sorry I’ll have maintenance stop by.

Disappointing Stay—Unclean Room and Unpleasant Odo

I've always had positive experiences with Best Western hotels, but unfortunately, this stay was an exception. While the staff were friendly, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were subpar. Upon pulling back the comforter, I discovered that the sheets hadn't been changed—they were wrinkled and stained. My husband had to request clean sheets, and I ended up changing the bed myself. Additionally, we encountered several bugs during our stay, including a cockroach. The carpet emitted a strong odor of urine and mold, making the environment uncomfortable. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. This experience has made me reconsider staying at Best Western hotels in the future.

It's like a time capsule.... Mostly outdated. And that's ok... But the whole place smell like humidity, mildew and cigarettes. The toilet tank moves it's lose. The bathtub was heavily stained and the water spiked is lose, maybe to match the toilet tank. Customer service was friendly and the bed comfortable. But they definitely need to get rid of those carpets that are retaining cigarettes and water damage smell. You can hear every car on the road but that one didn't bother me a lot cause I had a Bluetooth speaker with music in order to sleep.

We stayed here before and enjoyed it. The staff is not so friendly, however, the lady that makes the breakfast is very nice and the breakfast was good. Our room was clean, but there were a lot of cigarette butts on our back porch and it was a non smoking room. This time, there was a distinct odor of weed down the corridor of our hallway which we didn't appreciate. We recommend this motel bc it is close to shopping, restaurants and the track, we usually come here because it's quiet and the price is reasonable

An affordable and decent place to stay

Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, but the shower faucet was falling out of the wall and it was hard to use. Water temperature was not consistent getting extremely hot and then getting very cold. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

damcaughan@expediagroup.com Upon arrival, I was shocked by the condition of the room. The bathroom was in severe disrepair, and more alarmingly, the room was infested with roaches. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and while the staff apologized, no meaningful action was taken. I even captured photos of the infestation and collected several roaches in a cup, which I turned in to the front desk at checkout to emphasize the seriousness of the issue. I have photos.
