The rooms can be a little bit cleaner but the location is priceless The elevators are fun game they take forever but the property is nice The view of the ocean and Joe's Crab shack is awesome it's further over enough away from being dead center of the attractions but being off to the side and still be able to view and walk to it is a good balance

Fantastic

Jenna at the front desk is a rock star! There was a small issue with towels when we first checked in... Jenna took very good care of us. The hotel was recently remodeled and everything is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely be it's staying here again. Also, we had we room #801..I swear it's the best room on the beach!! You could almost reach out and touch the pelicans as they flew by.

Amenities were good, ie… breakfast, pool, and sun deck. Beds comfortable. Didn’t like the forced valet service when you pull in. Everything you read is optional or available valet, not mandatory valet, especially when there was a lot of parking steps from the entrance. $20/night is ridiculous. Also, sink was plugged & even after maintenance attempted to fix it was super slow. Great being next to Ocean Deck bar & grill, enjoyed their music off our balcony.

Didnt like paying to park at hotel. Didnt like not being able to check in till 430 because room wasnt ready. Didnt like smelling weed the whole time sitting on the balcony. Staff friendly. Room clean.

Clean hotel & kind staff!

It was great. The staff were nice, the hotel and the room was very clean. The only part I did not like was the valet parking. I did not like the fact that we were forced to do it. I feel like it should have been an option.

Front Desk, Valets, Bar were excellent 10/10 the issue I’m having is with house keeping. Checked in on the 8th and out on the 13th, not one time did they change towels or empty the trash in fact I had to ask them where to put the trash and dirty towels housekeeping 4/10. Hotels needs to Say on their page it $20 a day for valet parking

The hotel was great! The room were clean and the staff was friendly. The only drawback was that you had to use valet parking and pay even if you didn't use it. It would have been nice to know about that fee. So it could be put in the cost of trip.
