I have no problem with the staff at this property except it is what you pay for. Very cheap, unclean roaches were everywhere in my room. The parking is extremely hard and people who aren’t staying there park to in the limited space to go the beach. Very shady people here and it seemed like no one cared. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the safety issues and roaches

The stay wasn’t horrible , but not the best! The staff was kind , unfortunately we never got our trash taken out , any new sheets or towels , wash clothes until we went to the front desk with the dirty stuff first , but no big deal , staff was always on point! Internet didn’t work well, also the television channels kept going out because of the “service”

Recommend plug in Air Freshners

Room had horrible musty smell. Bed was not comfortable was up all night being jabbed by springs. I was itchy under sheets had to sleep on top of sheets. Literally up all night. I have alot of joint issues bed did not help. No hair dryer had to go out and buy one. Sink in bathroom hot water only had to brush teeth with hot water and found out next morning there was a boil ban water order when out for breakfast. Nobody in office at 8am Husband rang doorbell no answer so had to leave checkout key in mailbox. We will not return.

Roaches aren’t cool. People smoking and drinking late outside the room. Dead bolts don’t work. There was a Weird kichen between rooms and I had to get the desk attendant to make sure the other room couldn’t open the door. Paint chipping everywhere. Very run down.

Reviews are old? Or lies?

First I follow the ratings in Hotels.com and most of them are old or lies. After the hurricane pass almost a year ago. This place is falling apart. It looks like the owners don’t care and planning to sell the place. There is no pool… no ice machine… and very little parking. But you get what you pay for! Floors are not stable in the bathroom… but overall it was clean and it was on walking distance from the beach. Plus the manager was great and maybe be cause of her this place still open .

We picked this place due to it's originality, called due to coming in in the middle of the night, was told they are open 24 hours. Upon arriving they were closed rang several different bells and had to call for a half naked Lady to check us in and we stated we were checking out a day early, she still charged for 3 nights. No refund given at checkout. Room was full of roaches, the couple above were continuously throwing furniture all night and even got into a physical altercation outside. Had to wait until after 10am for someone to arrive so we can check out and the young lady who's mom owns the place said she was sorry for the problems but that she would need to get with the manager about our money. We still have not received a refund and this was supposed to be a fully refundable stay. The lady and the mother who run the place were very pleasant, but they don't understand why they are getting bad reviews. If they refund our money, get rid of the roaches, and pay attention to whom they check in, also if they are saying open 24 hours they need to be just that, we may return. Enjoyed the beach.
