What a beautiful, serene, magical place this is! The owners are so friendly and helpful and full of so much knowledge about the area. We loved our stay and wanted to stay longer!!
Terrible pillows, I can't understand why people invest a lot of money into properties but neglect the provide the essentials for a good sleep - good pillows.
Excessive light into the room at night, property flooded with outside lights all night that shine into the room. Room lacks curtains to block the light at night, so you get a lot of light all night.
Couldn't sleep
My spouse and I stayed for the weekend for our wedding anniversary and we were in awww with the property. So beautiful and comfortable. The owners are super nice and I just love how she tells the story of the history of the home and surrounding town. The room was more than amazing with its own bathroom with a jet tub and balcony
We didnât get to experience any of the amenities such as their Tavern bar they promote nor were they serving breakfast due to electrical issues which is understandable. But we will definitely be back hopefully then we can experience all The Ann Stevens House has to offer
Itâs an old estate near the Casadega spiritual enclave. The house is gorgeous inside and retired. The outside needs TLC. Closest dining is inDeland, 7 miles away
The Ann Stevens House was everything you could wish for in Old Florida. Huge camphor trees draped in Spanish moss surround the picturesque house and grounds. I was greeted by a very gracious host and two plump, friendly, orange cats. Inside, my room was fully-appointed. The linens were to die for. The house is only minutes from Cassadaga Spiritualist camp.
Loved our hostess! She was very informative and welcoming. Too bad no breakfast due to COVID. Would have enjoyed some bottled water. The room was beautiful and the property spectacular.
