Terrible experience & completely unsatisfied
High price, difficulty checking in after booking through hotels.com and using a gift card for payment; employee didn't know how to use a gift card for payment with no expiration date and made me give another form of payment so I was charged twice & she wanted me to contact the gift card company to resolve the issue but didn't offer any other solutions & refused to figure out how to look up my reservation and payment through hotels.com to confirm payment was already made or to accept the receipt I had for proof of payment online. The remote wouldn't work for the TV and the battery cover was missing (employee brought me two sets of batteries twice to replace myself but didn't wait to see if they worked so I had to call multiple times and only 2 of 8 batteries worked). No one was behind the desk so we had to call the employee multiple times for assistance with faulty items and issues with our room/amenities and she didn't answer the first few times we called & didn't come to check the desk even though I waited at least 10 minutes before going to my room to use my phone. The bathtub had a leaky faucet and was quite annoying to listen to all night & is a huge waste of water for a simple inexpensive repair. The toilet overflowed all over the entire bathroom floor while my husband and I were at the so called Continental breakfast even though we used it once the entire stay (it flushed without any issues & was not overflowing before we left the room). Not worth $300 for a 2 night stay. The bath tub drain was clogged so when you shower the tub fills with water. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Room keys stopped working after 1 day which was annoying.
Our room was clean, but the tub didn't drain well so stood in dirty shower water up to ankles. Drained eventually.
Lobby and stair carpet up to rooms was dirty abd worn.
Decaf coffee was lukewarm.
Over all I would go back.
We didnât get clean new towels after the first night so I had to ask and they didnât have enough. I tried to use the fitness room and only one piece of equipment worked. The rest was broken and was not labeled as such. The staff were very nice though.
The Comfort Inn Napoleon was as advertised. A decent place to stay in an area with few hotel options. I was there for one night on business. The room opened up to a spacious field in back which was pleasant. I appreciated that I could open my window. The staff was good. Continental breakfast was fine. Overall it was fine and suited my needs.
The staff and management were excellent here. They were very helpful in coordinating all my local needs and supporting me while staying in town for almost a week.
I would stay at this establishment again in a heartbeat!

Hotel was nice. Toilet was loose and wiggly and It just had an odor in the room like there was water damage. Like in the carpet. Beds were clean and room was very neat other than that. Probably a little overpriced for the area but I get it also.
