They have ripped me for 3100rs , when I have booked my room for two people like a two beds breakfast for two people but unfortunately I did not notice that I have only 1 adult as a member . Room rate was same for one adult or two at the counter I have requested for the waiver but the front dest dis not agree and Charged me 3100 RS . Common sense if I have two beds and two breakfast then how could they charge . Anyway it's only $50 Canadian but I did not like personally for ripping me

We had some issues at checkin where they refused to let us out of the 3 rd night (per our request) as was pre booked and paid on hotels.com. Even the manager would not budge. Just remember you can’t make any changes once within 48 hour window upon checkin. Otherwise great location and great stay!

Limited Items compare to the past but more problem is a staff. Seems like no one paying attention towards the guest to help them event seating. No proper napkins on the tables as well as the full cutlery. If you even need a fork you would have to look for someone to get one. Overall all my Five days stay here i noticed the same.
