They asked for more money at checkin. Made us wait for 50min before giving us room and the room was not clean and toilet was broken. They took another half hr to give a new room.

Unprofessional and lazy staff

The hotel receptionist was ok, room was not very clean - used and unused condoms were lying in the bed side table drawer, ac was non-functional, fan speed control switch didn't work either, FREE breakfast was not served - no compensation was given for that.
