No meu check in havia duas reservas Não encontraram,logo de cara tive que provar que tinha feito e pago. Foi constrangedor entrando hóspede e eu lá com malas tendo que provar minha reserva. Me mandaram para um quarto que nada funcionava Mudei de quarto O banheiro do quarto estava com a pia solta, um cano exalando um mal cheiro, o Ralo voltava cheiro de fossa, porta do banheiro toda quebrada amarrada com arame.

Pousada excelente.

Foi apenas uma noite, mas a pousada é extremamente bom cuidada. Cada detalhe mostra o cuidado que é administrada. Funcionários, limpeza, bom gosta na decoração. Excelente.

Infelizmente os quartos estão em pessima condições,o café durante os quatro dias que fiquei não midou nada pão,aipim,queijo,presunto,cuscuz,ovos fritos e salsicha de cachorro quente,margarina,o banheiro muito deteriorado,a tampa do vaso soltando,o vaso solto a pia solta enfim não gostei

Pousada limpa, Quarto grande com toda a estrutura. Para quem vai fazer Passeios no Canion ou outros, a localidade não ajuda. Município não oferece estrutura para levar e trazer. Tem que se andar de Táxi. Mais a Pousada é maravilhosa e Funcionários também.
