This idyllic home is surrounded by a luxuriant tropical landscape. Offering abundant natural light, space, and comfort, Mariposa is perfect for small groups or families. With Atlantic Avenue and the white sand beach only a short five-minute drive away, this home is conveniently located in the heart of Delray Beach.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, plush chairs, and a fan attached to the beautiful wood ceiling. It’s an ideal space for morning coffee or afternoon tea! The home also features a bright sunroom type of living space, combining the family room and dining area. Outfitted with a comfy sofa, lovely rattan chairs, ceiling fans, and a Smart TV, it is a very peaceful spot to spend quality time with your guests. Adjacent, the large wooden dining table seats up to 8 people for you to gather everyone around a delicious homemade meal!

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essential cookware. You will also find multiple cabinets for storage, lots of counter space, and a breakfast bar with high-top seating. All the best amenities to make cooking at home a breeze!

The master bedroom suite offers a very comfortable king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom. A second large bedroom also offers a king bed and a Smart TV. There are two twin beds located in a 3rd bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and large closets for storage. All bedrooms are bright, airy, and equipped with plush linens and ceiling fans for your absolute comfort.

There are three full bathrooms in this home. One with an inside/outside shower, one with a stand-up shower, and the last one with tub/shower combination. There is also a powder room.

The fully fenced backyard is complete with a saltwater – solar heated pool, fire pit, many seating areas, BBQ grill, outdoor dining set, and mature greeneries offering lots of privacy. You and your guests will have an amazing time soaking up the sun in this beautiful spot.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.

POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3-day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.

DISCLAIMER: Embrace a peaceful stay; no events or gatherings allowed. Small dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with an additional pet rent fee $30/day.* Ensure prior written permission for pets to avoid a $500 fine and note no cats. Amazing time with family

My brother lives in Boynton Beach and this was perfect to be near him but have our own space. Yvette was wonderful and super easy to work with. Home is wonderful and plenty of space for everyone.

Perfect!!

It was all we had hoped for…just as described. Pleasantly surprised that there was a welcome basket with goodies and a bottle of wine. After a 12 hour drive, this was much appreciated. The house was perfect for us! We will be back!! Thank you.

Excellent location close to everything. Place is a bit tired.

Overall it’s located in a great location close to everything. The house is dated and the pool is not really inviting like in the photo we didn’t use it. . The yard is very buggy due to the “tropical look” of the property. The house was clean but full of salamanders. Property manager was nice and responsive.

Tropical Paradise!

I was here to shoot a TV show for Outdoor Channel. I’ve been to Florida many times for work and this is, by far, the coolest property we've rented. Very quiet, surrounded by giant greenery, pool and everthing as-described on the VRBO site. We'll be back!

Beautiful and Comfortable Oasis

My family and I stayed here for a week. We had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and very private. We travelled with my kids along with the grandparents and everybody had a bedroom with its own bathroom in their own “wing” of the house. Nobody heard the baby cry at night because all the bedrooms are so separated. The pool is a tropical oasis. There is a lot of foliage and it’s gorgeous. However, there are a lot of bugs as a result. Bring bug spray. The beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. The house itself is a little dated from a decor perspective but it adds to the charm. Would definitely stay again. Also, we forgot something and Yvonne, the property manager, mailed it back for me. She went above and beyond.

Loved our stay -- perfect for our family of 5 adults

I affirmatively liked what others have termed the "somewhat dated" feel of the place. Everything was in good working order, and very comfortable. And it's not so standardly modern that it is stripped of character. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the grill and enjoyed making meals there. Would've loved the pool water to be cooler --but there's nothing hosts can do about the Florida heat! I can't think of anything to change. Thank you!

Best house for our trip

We originally had a trip set up in Fort Meyers for my 50th, but due to Hurricane Ian, the area was blown away and this was plan B. The house turned out Perfect! Each person had their own room, and the Beds were all so comfortable, the pool area was an oasis, and it rained, so we also had a great sitting area inside that was perfect for us women to sit and chat chat chat! It was close to downtown Delray. It was the perfect House for my 50th ! Thank you for the memories!!!!

An incredible sanctuary....

Unlike many travelers who are seeking a vacation spot, our two families were seeking a spot to evacuate from an incoming hurricane on the west coast of Florida where we live. Anyone who has experienced that knows the stress and urgency that accompanies that decision, and our hosts could not have been more understanding and accommodating. The property is exactly as it is displayed on the site, and was incredibly comfortable for the entire time we were there. I recommend this home for anyone looking to have a peaceful and spacious space to enjoy a vacation, and rest assured the management company and owner will ensure your visit is extraordinary. Paradise!

We travel to the area often and Mariposa was definitely our favorite property thus far. The house was spacious and comfortable and the backyard resembles a tropical paradise. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed eating out on nearby Atlantic Avenue as well as grilling in the beautiful backyard. Everyone in our family agrees that we would love to return and stay again!

Sisters trip!

This property was perfect for our annual sisters' trip to Florida! The house is spacious and comfortable, and the outside is a tropical paradise. The back yard is filled with lush tropical plants and a sparkling pool, with lots of seating for everyone. I highly recommend this place, we will be back.

Amazing girls' getaway!!

Fabulous house for our fall getaway! Loved having 4 separate bedrooms for each of us - privacy but lots of large common areas to gather for fun! Awesome pool and close walk to the beach (~3/4 mile) to enjoy both options! No issues whatsoever and highly recommend - will definitely be back!

Family weekend

Our family adored the house! It was perfect for a long weekend. We were able to enjoy the pool and nearby beach. Downtown Delray is perfect for strolling with great dining options. WONDERFUL

A perfect destination. The place was wonderful and location perfect - A quick 5min drive to the beach and 5min drive to the main drag. We walked to the beach too, very easy! The space was clean and open. The backyard is an absolute paradise. Beautiful pool and lovely table to hang. The rental also has some beach accessories available for use! Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed sitting around the fire by the pool!

They were very accommodating. Our stroller tire went flat and they were able to bring us a tire pump that same day. This place is like an oasis. The backyard and front yards are like a jungle. All the beds are very comfortable! On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed sitting around the fire by the pool. We used the whole house and it was very user friendly!
