Rental had not been cleaned since the last tenant which was a week prior to my rental dates. Immediately upon entering the home I was meet with a stench and stiiffling heat of 84 degrees from the lack AC. The heat had been on since the last tenant. Upon inspection dishes were left in the sink, dish soap bottle empty, used sponge, laundry in the washer, bed were made by the last tenant but clearly slept in, floors here covered in grit a combination of sand and food from a child, a binkie under a dresser, used beach towel hung in the bath room, and no WiFi information until pestering owner.Unit was cheaply furnished, no extra sheets of sheets for a scenario like this, and no house number on the home which makes it hard to location for renters and emergency services.I left this home within a few hours of arrival after a cleaner came and nicely asked what I wanted done. I wanted the unit cleaned, but that barely happened, and then the owner and Evolve were difficult. I was left with either entertaining the cleaner while the sheets washed or putting them on myself and paying for the privilege of such. No resolution to complaint or refund as of yet.
