Spacious and beautiful apartment located on the first line of the Las Marinas Beach, about 4 km from the center of Denia. Low apartment, with a spacious living room, American kitchen, well equipped. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and one toilet.

Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca both the edge of the sea and the landscapes of the interior, fields of orange and almond trees, charming villages, natural parks. You can also go by boat to Ibiza or visit the attraction parks of Benidorm. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all kinds of water sports, hiking in the natural park of Montgo, tennis, golf, bicycle etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for walks along the coast. In Denia, you eat very well. Its numerous restaurants offer a tasty and healthy Mediterranean cuisine to satisfy all tastes in the typical fishermen's neighborhood, the pedestrian streets around the castle or the beautiful terraces at the edge of the sea.
