Beautiful apartment, recently reformed, for 4 persons in a peaceful, well kept community area with large pools and beautiful gardens, situated directly on the sandy beach.
The apartment is on the first floor, with amazing views of the beach and the sea. The apartment offers an open lounge with american kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bath room and a roofed terrace with fantastic views of the beach and the sea. There is enough covered parking space just at the entrance of the condominium. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped with washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, Sat-TV (Astra), community internet (very weak signal), etc.
Calm situation at only a few steps from the sandy beach and near the restaurants and the shops.
Denia’s city is at 9,5 km an can be accessed easily within 10 minutes by car. The little village of Els Poblets, which provides a very good infrastructure with shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and pharmacy, is at only 2 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour.

Wunderschöne Wohnanlage für tolle Ferientage
Eine sehr gepflegte und grüne Wohnanlage mit zwei Pools in der Mitte gelegen. Unsere Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sie ist ganz neu renoviert und war sehr ordentlich und sauber bei der Übergabe. Der Blick vom Balkon geht direkt auf den Garten und das Meer hinaus - wunderschön! Für Familen mit Kindern ein Paradies, aber auch ohne Kinder für jede Art von Urlaub (Entspannung, Sport, Kultur) zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très belle propriété
Très belle propriété, très bien entretenue, dommage que la plage ne soit pas du sable. Le soir les enfants font beaucoup de bruits, crient jusque très tard dans la nuit voir jusqu'à une heure et demie. Et sur la plage les gens font également beaucoup de bruit très tard dans la nuit voir jusqu'à deux heure du matin (crient et chants). Endormissement très difficile même à une heure du matin. La propriété n'a pas la clim donc si nous fermons les fenêtres pour éviter le bruits il fait trop chaud et conclusion "pas possible de s'endormir".
