The lovingly built holiday home, built in 2006, in a quiet location, on a very spacious, little visible private property with a private pool and mountain view to the Montgo, invites you to relax.

The completely enclosed private property with a lovingly designed palm garden is a paradise for your vacation.

The very well-kept holiday home is divided into a living-dining room with satellite TV and exit to the terrace and the pool. a cozy fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning systems, which can also be warmed up for the cooler season.

The fitted kitchen with a small breakfast bar is equipped with a stove with an oven, a small dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.
The dining area has a stone table with four chairs and an electric fireplace.
The two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom is ready for you with a shower, vanity, toilet and bidet.

The private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase with handrail for easy entry. The sun terrace, covered with natural stone, surrounds the pool. There are comfortable sun loungers, a table with 6 chairs and two parasols for your relaxation.

A spacious car parking space is also available on the property.

Restaurants and bars as well as the city center are about 5 minutes away by car.

The kilometer-long sandy beach of the Costa Blanca is also about 5-7 minutes away by car.
