Cons - Bed had no top sheet or comforter when we arrived and the front desk seemed like they didn’t believe me when I asked for them. The bottom sheet that was there had pet hair all over it. The carpet had major stains all over it. Things in general were not very clean. The mini fridge did not work and the tv would not bring up any channels. Pros - it was quiet and easy to get to. Ultimately, it was a place to sleep, nothing more.

The parking was safe and somewhat convenient. The room was not very clean - there was visible debris on the carpets when we first checked in. The room we ordered was not available until the second night. No one available at the desk when we tried to check in. Had to call the reservation number which took us to an operator in New York, who them put us on hold. Front desk needs to leave a bell or number to call for late check in. You know what they say... You get what you pay for. After we got checked in and moved to a better room (the next night), the stay wasn't too bad. I still cleaned all visible surfaces to my standards and specifications. The visit to Harlan was nice. Harlan has a variety of interesting shops and various out door activities. Great "downtown" square, Friendly community and friendly people. Great little place to visit for a week(end) getaway.

Parking up the hill behind was not easy. Most room doors face the lot, so, not too secure feeling, but quiet was nice.
