The central location was a good one for exploring Cape Cod. Access to bike trails was convenient too. The house was clean and well - stocked with essentials. The supply of linens was generous and the main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The host should consider replacing the toaster oven. Other than that, it was very enjoyable!

Excellent location, spacious and comfy

The location and size of the house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Very spacious and very close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. The back deck was an enjoyable space for relaxing and hanging out. The only negative was the WiFi service. We all had a difficult time using our devices for emails, sending photos, and social media.

The location of the house was perfect, and clean. When entering the house, there was a musty smell, which was not very nice. The house should have been aired out prior to our arrival. The operation of the TV was another issue. There should be a guide as to what channels are available to the guest. I and my friend did not use the toaster/oven as it is dirty. It should be replaced with just a toaster. The radio was great!

Close to Beach

This was great for our family with 4 kids. There were 2 full bathrooms, a nicely stocked and sunny kitchen, and two sitting room spaces each with a tv, so kids and adults can have their own spaces to hang out if you wanted. It was a very close and easy walk to the beach, which was small but very nice for us with young kids. Especially nice given most of the cape cod beaches cost $20-30 dollars to park it. (Just don’t try to do laundry at night after bedtime because it was kind of loud in our room). Would definitely choose it again if e we went to the cape again.

Old-Outdated- Leaking A/C

Cottage is old and outdated. Knotty pine walls in main living area. Musty smell pervades. Nice size kitchen and adjacent tv room. Small bedrooms and second bath. Clean upon arrival, except carpeting is disgustingly stained. 1 1/2 blocks from the nearest public beach (small beach) bordered on 2 sides by private beaches. Nearest "pay" beach in W. Dennis. A/C, located in attic over main bedroom, drain line became clogged one day and backed up water that leaked over and on to main bed. Local Vacasa management were very good in getting a plumber over that same day to fix the problem. Water was still dripping from the ceiling after the plumber left and until 11:00 PM that night. At that time we changed the bed linens that the maids had left earlier. Our entire day was spent having to hang around and wait for repairs, maids and for Vacasa Relocation to contact us. By now it is 6:30 PM. Local Vacasa and contractors very helpful. Relocation not so prompt to help our situati.on.

Perfect location, but rental needs ALOT of work

My husband and I flew in from the UK and met my mom in Boston for a trip to Cape Cod. This rental in Dennis port was our first stop. These are my thoughts on the rental: Pros: - Location was perfect. A block off the beach made for easy access and it was beautiful - Plenty of space to accommodate large groups. My husband ended up crashing on the futon in the porch since he snored and he loved it. Having two tvs was nice as well - Loved having a washer and dryer Cons: - The front brick walkway is a death trap. The bricks are sticking out, uneven and loose, making it easy to trip on, which my 73 year old mother did. And please don't respond with you appreciate my informing you of this issue. I can see it mentioned in previous reviews and you obviously haven't fixed it. -The rental is in dire need of an update. The bedrooms and the bathroom are quite old -The WiFi is shotty and we had trouble getting anything to stream on the TV in the living room, which was frustrating since there was no cable. - In the time leading up to the rental, I had texted the rental company twice through the app, as told to with no response. Very frustrating. Overall, I do not think this rental is worth the money we paid.

Good location and comfortable.

It needs updating. 2nd bathroom shower not very usable as it leaks however main bathroom good. Pots and pans old. Kitchen size large and nice.. The 2nd bedroom could use a dresser and lighting. The sitting room is nice to sit in.

It was private and both very cozy and spacious. Having two living areas would be great for people who bring their kids. We instantly felt very comfortable in the house and can't wait to go back. This was a great find.

Property owners and Turnkey need to monitor property

My daughter is an above the knee amputee and she uses a walker which I reiterated to Turnkey more than once. I chose the property, even tho it was more expensive, because it was one level, spacious, and beach accessible for her and looked safe for her. Sadly we found the brick walkway leading to the home buckled and dangerous for anyone to walk on . Many bricks were elevated and wobbly making for scary and difficult travel , especially for a handicapped person. The handrail at the front steps was rusted to the point of being disjointed and was easily moved and pushed thru. As I said before I told Turnkey my situation up front. She fell on the stairs with her walker and refused to go out again till we left. Five beautiful sunny days spent indoors because no thought was given to the safety of their guests. Shame on them. Photos were taken. I’d appreciate an explanation from Turnkey ASAP. Oh, the beach which I was told was walk on and easily accessible was lovely but perhaps 10 steep stairs to the ocean. Not good.

Lovely birthday vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. We spent 5 days and found the property to be everything we were looking for: short walk to the beach, short drive for ice cream cones and dinner. The house was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at such a lovely home!

I found this rental on vrbo short notice for a funreal of a family member. The property is managed by turn key vacation rentals. When we arrived the inside temperature was 63°, and no hot water in sinks or shower. It took over a day to correct this problem, after numerous times talking to different people with Turn Key. The information tablet from Turn Key indicated it was for contractors and employees, not guest. So, we had no idea how to get hot or heat. I did turn up the thermostat but we were not getting any heat. A day later we finally got someone locally from Turn Key to fix the problem. The people that I spoke with apologized, but couldn't help out with our issues that 1st day into the 2ND day. I had to help out a relative with a disability, on November 1, when I returned to the rental the lock on the door had been changed, so I had to call Turn Key again to enter the home. The home was clean, nice, but I wasn't impressed with Turn Key vacation rentals.
