Not What Was Expected

Upon checking in a less than pleasant person checked us in. After unpacking I wanted to wash my hands to discover no hand soap. Thinking it was forgotten I went back to the office to once again converse with the less than pleasant attendant. We don't have soap! You get body wash and shampoo - no soap. Also no coffee, coffeepot, tissues, no making your bed and why should they bother to sweep the floor between guests. We may return to the area, but NOT TO THE OCEANSIDE MOTEL (Which by the way is 4 miles from the oceanside)

We can’t believe Expedia even has this motel on their sight. It is dirty, unkept, no amenities, chinchie bedding. Thread bare towels. Dinky room. Disgusting bathtub. We would sleep in our car before we slept in that room! We left and found another room 5 miles down the road that is clean, well lit, nice bedding, big bathroom with clean bathtub, nice towels. Fridge, coffee maker, microwave. We will not be so quick to trust expedia again!

Nice place to stay, I thought. The only downside was that the internet connection was poor and there wasn't much available on the tv. Plenty of hot water for a morning shower, which was good. Fairly roomy room, for a single, and I liked that it had hardwood floors.

affordable and adequate

I staid here overnight for a 2 day work event. It was adequate and affordable. Perks were smooth check in and check out, clean sheets, adjustable air conditioning. Not fancy, but functional.
