Our room had graffiti on the window, shower, door, and pictures. Our floor was also sticky and turned our baby’s legs black after a few seconds of crawling. Most of the staff was also very unfriendly. It was advertised that they offered cribs, and they told us they didn’t when we arrived. Luckily we brought a pack n play, but it would’ve been extremely inconvenient if we hadn’t.

Staff was great. Friendly and nice and makes guests comfortable. Enjoyed the pool amd hot tub. Enioued the morning breakfast and friemdly amd attentive staff that answered my qiesrions easily and honored my simple request. Will definitely come back again after a confprtable 5 days stay

The hotel was on not the cleanest there was a coffee spill in front of elevator that wasn't cleaned up ask for a bottle of water told me tl drink the water out the sink and next morning i found a dirty qtip stuck behind headboard

The stay was fine. We were looking for a relatively affordable hotel. The WiFi was terrible. You couldn’t log in to your Netflix, Hulu, etc. because the WiFi was so bad. WiFi on phones and tablets was spotty at best.

The smell in the lobby was unpleasant, thankfully the rooms smelled fine. Rooms were clean and nice. The rest of the facility needed a freshening. The dryer heated and spun but didn't dry the clothes-we finally had to go to a Laundromat. I reported it but no compensation was offered. He did thank me for reporting it and said it would be looked at and fixed in a few days. I am disappointed in the decline of this hotel chain.

The hotel itself was fine. Nice and clean, basic. We parked in clear view of the hotel lobby door. When we got in to our car this morning the gascap alert was on and someone had siphoned approximately 4 gallons of gas. Will NOT stay again.
