Love the location. Walking distance to coffeehouses, restaurants and shops. Very comfortable bed and had everything I needed. Having a washer & dryer was a bonus!
Hannahâs directions are spot on, always nervous about finding a place but it was so easy. Having a parking spot is always a plus for me!! Tiny little basement apartment was perfect for what we needed!
A little basement suite was really cute and very clean with lots of well appointed amenities. If on a small scale! I appreciated the brita pitcher in the mini fridge. It was a short walk to a bustling area that has a really nice weekend farmers market. Really, the only con is that it might be a little crowded with two people staying together even if you really liked each other!
Good simple layout. All we needed for a 2 night stay.Instructions for parking and entry were easy and Straight forward. Centrally located, easy to walk 2 blocks to the Farmers market and Oktoberfest. Never heard upstairs neighbors. Despite no direct AC, apt stays cool, almost too cold at night now that weather is changing. Thank you!
I loved the clean well stocked and quiet place! The Highlands has so many great places to eat within walking distance!Hannah was great with communicationâŠ..
All I can say is we will book this space again, ever we be this way.Our host was very response! The tiny two person space was cared for and provided what you need when traveling. Just a nice place. Quiet. Comfy. Definitely will check availability for this spot if ever we are up this way.Thank you Hannah for being so responsive and caring God Bless Polo
Check in was easy. The property owner left very clear and concise instructions which was helpful since we got in so late. Everything was very cute and cozy. Plenty of little things like snacks and Kuerig pods for the coffee maker were a comforting touch. Having a washer/drier in the unit really helped since we spent a few days hiking in the area and returning home with clean clothes is always refreshing. Our stay was awesome and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Thank you!
It was nice to be so close to several coffee shops within a ten minute walk. The assigned parking spot is a plus. I used the outdoor patio every day. It was a nice, quiet place to relax. The bed was comfortable, although it was higher off the ground than I expected. You have to do some climbing to get into the bed and you have to crawl over another person's feet if you sleep next to the wall. The streets going towards Highland Square are nice and shady for walks during the day.Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Hannah was very clear with instructions on how to access the property, and was communicative when needed, but still gave us privacy to enjoy our stay in Denver. She's a great host!
Location was good for us- it was within walking distance to nice restaurants and coffee shops which we enjoyed. It was also close to downtown and the interstate which was a plus.Positive of our stay: The shower was nice, and sitting area to watch shows was pleasant. We only had 1 bag each so space was not too big of an issue for us. It was also nice to have a Keurig machine and a fridge. Some negatives from our stay: The water is connected to some sort of pump that is very loud. The bed was uncomfortable and airflow within the space was managed by a poorly put together fan. We had to use clothes to prop up the fan to reach us. The LED lights were well used and didn't add much for the space. I wish there was softer lighting instead. The only sink to clean dishes was in the bathroom, and sponge and dish soap were also in the bathroom collecting fecal matter. The stairs entering the place have no hand rails and the step down from the shower is very slippery. We felt the cost of the space was a bit high for the experience.
