The house is older but cozy and charming. Beds were very comfortable - and two King beds is unheard of, such a nice perk! Kitchen had the basics, all we needed. Jeff was very responsive. I had never worked with the Happy Guest app before and found it a little challenging; I prefer just getting check in and out instructions through the VRBO platform. Being an older house in an old part of Denver, the parking situation was tight, and would be for anything larger than a car - jockeying a smaller and medium-sized SUV in and out of the pull-through driveway off the alley took lots of back and forth, but we managed. Overall a great experience, thank you Jeff!
The apartment served its main purpose, being clean and comfortable, close to our family and not far from Wash Park. It is on a busy road, but not too noisy most nights.
Good facilities, fine for the two of us, and nice to have coffee pods provided. Useful as a base to be at night and are out most of the day.
Great location, albeit on a main street. Nice space with updated appliances. It was unusually hot in Denver and the a/c could not keep up - set at 68 the entire stay but actual temp started at 74 and rose to 80 by departure - very difficult to sleep. The real problem, and the reason for a poor review, is the lack of care or adequate response from the host when help was requested. We traded ten (10) emails. He kept asking questions - we replied over and over to explain that the a/c was not helping - he did not actually respond to resolve an issue. I totally
understand things happen. I do NOT understand an unwillingness to resolve a problem. We did not enjoy our stay and will not return despite frequent Denver visits.
Location worked great for us.
Beds super comfortable and cool decor.
We thought it was a basement from the pics but was first floor, pleasant surprise!!
Jeff quick to respond with any questions.
Thanks!
We loved our stay in Wash Park neighborhood. Walkability quality is 10/10. Great restaurants for choice and quality. This was the perfect location for the 2 concerts we attended. One concert was at Red Rocks and one was at Mission Ballroom. 10/10 highly recommend. We hope to return again one day soon.
This place is small but packs a punch with everything you could possibly need for a visit. It is on a major roadway and can be loud during the day but the road noise was not an issue at night. But it is also within walking distance to food, coffee, and Wash Park. The location is great. You wonât be disappointed.
We had a great stay at Jeff's place. It was close to everything. We walked down to Broadway for a great brunch, shopping and a quick walk to Wash park for a lovely stroll. It is was a perfect weekend for the Taylor Swift concert and a great place to stay!!!
This property is a great place to stay with your little family! Two spacious rooms with giant beds! Kitchen was stocked with all the standard stuff you'd expect to whip up a home cooked meal. Although it's on a main road, we enjoyed watching the passers-by's. We only noticed the traffic with the windows open. We felt very safe. Plenty of places to walk to as we chose not to rent a car. We would definitely stay here again while in Denver. Host was very responsive to any inquiry we had.
