Rooms could have been cleaned a little better. I found the floor in my room to be sticky and the area underneath the small seating area to have crumbs/dirt. Overall staff was friendly and responsive to requests.

Everything about this room was up to par. The staff was absolutely lovely helpful and knowledgeable. The shared areas were clean and tidy. The only not perfect thing was one of my night gowns went missing. Not under the bed not behind the bed not in the drawers not anywhere to be found which was super weird.

Front desk was not helpful and no good customer service when interacting with them. Unprofessional dress and attitude of front desk crew. Lobby was dirty cold and not comfortable. Rooms need refrig and needed microwave for guests.
