One of the receptionists was very good, while the others was very rude and not helpful at all. The hotel was old and looked under a little renovation. The continental breakfast was not attended to very well out of most items.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is the most disgusting hotel. The photos are obviously several years old and the entire building has fallen into disrepair and unsafe standards. Mold, dust, gunk, unidentified stains, unclean surfaces, and beds like rocks. We had to find another hotel. Do not stay here!!! They only allow me to upload 8 photos, but trust me--- there's so much more.
Bathroom door. Don't forget your biohazard protection!
Ooh! Want to dry your hair? Sorry! You can't!
They have never dusted or cleaned the ceilings inside the rooms.
Hope you don't want clean air in your room!

Easy access on #28 bus from union station 15 min away. very old and dated hotel however excellent staff. Quick check in, outside building very safe and quiet. Main building very dirty and sketchy. No pool as advertised Breakfast supposed to be ready by 630 it was 645 still not ready Orange juice not real juice, coffee awesome No water and no ice machine 15 min walk to Safeway, 711 or Santiago's Would not stay again but we needed hotel close to union station for bus to estes

Absolutely love this hotel the general manager is amazing along with the cleaning staff! We will definitely book here again and again it's a nice hidden gem can't wait to book here again! Thanks guys for being the best hotel we have stayed at and we stay in hotels very frequently.
